iTherapies recently announced their Academic Program for the 2003 - 04 school year. In addition to discounted student and instructor prices, iTherapies will provide qualified students free Digital Home Programming (DHP) ‘kits’ for use during clinical internships. The 2003 - 04 DHP Kit delivers Mulligan Home Exercise content.

Eligibility for the iTherapies Academic Program extends to any student clinician who: 1) legally prescribes exercise to patients (e.g. physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, and occupational therapists), 2) participates in a primarily orthopedic-based internship (or other type with a reasonable opportunity to prescribe Mulligan Home Exercise), and 3) graduates in 2003 or 2004. The free DHP Kit includes:

1. Five Rx Box® Patient discs • Individualized with exercise prescription and given to patient
2. Reference poster • Full color reference for clipboard or wall mounting
3. Rx Pad • Customized forms for updating Mulligan Home Exercises
4. Rx Box® Tote • Specialized box printed with Mulligan Home Exercise titles
5. Technical support for end user and student • Students can call or email 24/7 with questions

Prospective students are checked for good standing with their respective school and asked to submit exit surveys upon completing the internship. Also included in the iTherapies Academic Program is new academic pricing. Beginning August 1st, 2003 students and instructors can purchase Rx Box® Clinician at 60% of retail (retail price = $55 / academic price = $22). Rx Box® Clinician functions as an indispensable complement to Rx Box® Patient or an independent reference tool.
